Sometimes timing is everything. Though Holly and Evan met in high school, he soon left for Vancouver to school. They had always carried feelings for each other but felt the distance was too much on a new relationship. A couple of years went by and found Evan back in Ontario. They reconnected soon after and one late night with a long chat brought them back to start fresh.
Four years and a new apartment later, Evan took Holly for an anniversary dinner. At the end of the beautiful evening, on their apartment balcony, he read to her a letter he wrote. Words penned with a deep love about the next chapters in life, he asked for her hand in marriage.
When asked to describe themselves as a couple, they use the words “adorkable” and fun. Their engagement session was definitely that. Even after years together, they turn to each other with love, respect, and laughter. Their cuddles and small moments are genuine and loving.
We included a few aspects of things they love – adventure and craft beers. A near perfect date night.
I am so excited for their upcoming wedding at Beamer Falls Manor – a day sure to be full of love and family.
