They met when they were younger, fate had them living in the same building. They played together as children not knowing what else fate had in store. A lifetime later brought us to a gorgeous October day – their wedding day.
Ewelina, Jamie and Alicia gathered in the bridal suite at the Ancaster Mill. The laughter of long friendships filled the air as they helped the bride into her wedding gown. Ewelina put on her finishing touches, including awesome Converse shoes that the entire wedding party was wearing. A perfect detail to show their fun personalities.
Filip waited in the chapel, welcoming their guests to this intimate wedding. As he waited at the end of the aisle for his bride, his eyes filled as he saw her. A sweet and emotional ceremony joined them finally as husband and wife. Filip then stood by his bride as she lit a candle in memory of her parents.
Their entrance into their reception was nothing short of amazing as they shared a choreographed first dance to Shut Up and Dance – much to the surprise of their loved ones who cheered them on.
To welcome Ewelina officially into their family, Filip’s parents shared with them a framed photo of them when they were younger, then in Polish tradition, they broke bread.
It was such a beautiful day spent with the sweetest of couples. It was truly an honour to be there with you both! xo
